Open Question: Xanax, Ativan, Seroquel, or Lamictal for sleep?

I have several times before the use of all of these, because I have a sleep disorder and panic disorder. Therefore, if anyone can please help I have learned more and better health of the wise and the people get their sleep, what project would be enormous.
