Open Question: i cant sleep….. HELP ME!!!!!!?

Every night I sleep in a bed, and try and failures. Have tried Tylenol, nyquil, Trazodone one. Zolpidem, and more so I tried one: http://www.selfhelpmagazine.com/article/insomnia many Web sites the steps, if someone know I can sleep please reply thank you
