Resolved Question: why am i feeling like i do?

Recently, I have been super easy to get reallly fully sick … like eating out, there is an East-West board, and fully … and then sometimes my stomach start to hurt … like to eat lunch, I ate 2 .. sweedish meat round and im full already .. tell me what you think may be wrong in addition to the doctor .. I think I may have to do that, but any ideas? ? Recently I have been evergy is exhausted, and I may have insomnia ..
